Why this matters when you buy
DreamWave's warranty is only valid on products purchased from authorized US resellers. A speaker from an unauthorized seller — a marketplace reseller, an importer, a 'deal' site — may look identical and cost a few dollars less, but:
- No warranty. DreamWave's 1-year warranty does not apply to grey-market units. If it fails, that's the whole purchase gone.
- No support. Unauthorized units can't be registered and don't qualify for service from authorized centers.
- Unknown history. Grey-market stock can be old production, returns resold as new, or units without US-spec chargers and safety compliance.
How to verify you're buying genuine

- On Amazon, check that the seller is DreamWave Speaker Store — that's our storefront.
- Already bought? Register your serial number — we'll confirm your unit is authorized stock and your warranty is active.
If a price somewhere else looks too good to be true, it usually comes with no warranty attached. When in doubt, ask us — we'll tell you straight whether a seller is authorized.
