Most issues resolve in under two minutes with the steps below. If yours doesn't, contact us — a human replies within 1 business day.

First-time pairing (all models)

Hold the power button until the LED flashes blue (pairing mode).
On your phone: Settings → Bluetooth → select the DreamWave model name.
Done — it reconnects automatically to the last device from then on.

TWS stereo (two identical speakers)

Turn both speakers on.
Double-press the Bluetooth/TWS button on the first — they find each other and split into left/right.
Pair your phone to the first speaker only.

Party Mode (Bolt — unlimited units)

Pair your phone to one Bolt.
Turn on the others and hold the TWS button on each — they chain to the first, all in sync.
One playlist, every tent.

Lights (Bolt & Conqueror)

Press the light button to cycle modes. Bolt: utility light → strobe → music-sync → off. Conqueror: three lantern brightness levels → off. Lights run independently of music.

Troubleshooting

Won't pair: turn Bluetooth off/on on your phone, 'forget' the device, then re-pair from step 1. Still stuck? Charge the speaker for 30 minutes first — low battery blocks pairing on some units.

Paired but no sound: check the volume on both phone AND speaker (they're separate). Make sure no other paired device — a laptop, a partner's phone — is holding the connection.

Won't charge: use the included USB-C cable and a 5V adapter. On the Bolt, make sure the port's waterproof cap is fully open and the port is dry. Tremor III uses its AC adapter, not USB.

Stereo/Party drops out: keep speakers within ~10 m of each other with clear line of sight; walls and water shorten Bluetooth range.
